Genius Pro™ -Technology Buyer Edition is designed for ROI practitioners that have been trained as EVC™ Template Builders to create Business Case Templates using Glomark's Economic Value Creation™ methodology for their company's investments.
With Genius Pro™, the user can objectively and easily identify, assess, and quantify the economic benefits, costs, and risk of any project/initiative. After defining the need, the scope, and the strategic alignment of the initiative, the user has to assess the Total Benefit of Ownership™, the Total Cost of Ownership and the Total Risk of Ownership™. Helpful features include a TBO Matrix that facilitates benefit identification. Once the user has configured the benefits, costs, and assumptions, the created Business Case Template can also be easily used by internal clients, such as business area managers (that are Users of Genius Pro™ or Genius Base), to create different Business Case scenarios by changing the value and sensitivity analysis of the assumptions. |
