Prior to Avamar, Mr. Walsh was Senior VP, Sales, Marketing, and Alliances at Computer Network Technology (CNT), a global leader in storage networking, data replication and backup and recovery solutions for the Global 2000. In early 2005, CNT agreed to be acquired by rival McDATA for $235 million. Prior to CNT, he was VP of Field Operations and Co-Founder at Articulent, a systems integrator and consulting company focused on data management solutions. Articulent was acquired by CNT in 2001.
