He has over 24 years of I/S experience and has performed consulting engagements to many fortune 500 companies, particularly in the finance and securities industry. He is responsible for both long-term strategy and implementation of Business Continuity & Resiliency solutions and services. Starting with an idea that IBM could provide a holistic approach to driving higher business resiliency, Richard has developed a business strategy that assists customers in reducing the risks associated with stress to their business through improved strategy, processes, technology, organization, applications, data and facilities using four mitigating strategies of availability, continuity, recovery and security.
