Jeanne G. Harris is an executive research fellow and director of research at the Accenture Institute for High Performance Business. Ms. Harris has conducted research and published articles in the areas of improving managerial performance, the economics of IT innovation, knowledge management, business intelligence, building analytical capabilities, customer relationship management, customer-centric strategies, mobile personalization and realizing value from enterprise solutions. Ms. Harris previously led Accenture’s business intelligence, performance management, knowledge management and data warehousing consulting practices. She has worked extensively with clients in many different industries seeking to improve the managerial information, decision-making, analytical and knowledge management capabilities of their organizations.
Thomas H. Davenport

Thomas H. Davenport is a fellow with the Accenture Institute for High Performance Business and holds the President's Chair in Information Technology and Management at Babson College. He is a widely published author and acclaimed speaker on the topics of information and knowledge management, reengineering, enterprise systems, and electronic business and markets. He has a Ph.D. from Harvard University in organizational behavior and has taught at Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago, Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Babson College, he was the executive director of the Accenture Institute for High Performance Business. Dr. Davenport has coauthored or edited 10 books and has written hundreds of articles.
